I've been driving for more than 30 years, but nowadays I'm just moving containers around Philly. Usually I just move containers from the CSX rail facility to the Packer Avenue Marine Terminal across the street. It's great to be able to work locally because it gives me some time to pursue other things in life besides the job, which I couldn't do for a lot of years.
I'm a husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. I love my family.
I like to build websites and anything related to web design and development. I do the websites for a couple of local container trucking companies.
Random "About Me" Things

When I was 45, I took the Mensa test. I think it might have been part of a mid-life thing. I was invited to join after the scores came back and I was a member of Mensa for a few years. I have let my membership lapse, but it was kind of fun to have been a truckdriving mensa member.
When I first got my computer in the beginning of 2000, I got interested in learning how to code web pages. I had AOL then and was invited into the AOL Community Leader program. I moderated a couple of message boards in the "Build Your Web Page" section of their computer channel. I was LdrsCompDean.
