Well,where do I start? As I drove thru CA89 on my way to Shasta, I was the ony truck out there last nite rolling down the road. I had lost cell service for awhile in the middle of a call,so had plenty of time to think. Surprisingly many thoughts can come to ones mind and even contiue thru the day. Sometimes in the middle of a conversation that is cut off, we have many things still to say, many questions to ask,many thoughts to share. So driving thru the quietness of the night,no cb or radio playing,just the sound of the engine and my thoughts. I thought of old friendships, new friendships, special friends. To all my friends I want to thank you for being a friend even tho we don't talk as much as we should, Know you are in my heart and thoughts.

As I sit in my truck watching the trucks and people go around me, I find myself thinking about life and everything that is going on in this country,people losing their houses,jobs, and sadly their marriages due to the economy. I am thankful for everything that I have worked for and built in my life,and yes the material things are nice to have, but it never replaces the feeling of having family and friends that I have made in my life.
I am lucky to have that in my life because without them, the material items aren't important, I reckon I am just kinda putting life in perspective that we lose track of what really is important.
