Well, la-di-dah......here we sit on I-10 east, just left the TA in Willcox, AZ a little bit ago and Al saw a flash of something....he said it looked like lightning.  Well, it wasn't lightning, from what they are saying on the CB, a driver blew a steer tire and and they said the guard rail grabbed the fuel tanks and the driver jumped out just in time for the tractor to catch on fire.  They are saying that the trailer is in the hammer lane, along with the guard rail and the tractor... GORDON COUNTY, Ga. -- The Department of Defense confirmed the death of a Georgia solider in Afghanistan.

  First Sergeant John D. Blair, 38, of Gordon County, was killed in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan on June 20. The Department of Defense reported Blair was killed when a rocket-propelled grenade struck his vehicle.

Being born and raised in FL, everyone always told me how beautiful the west coast was.  Beautiful, white beaches, lots of shells, the water was supposed to be fantastic.  Well, we finally got a trip out west and me, Al and Freddy spent a whole day at Bolsa Chica Beach.  It was cold in the morning, the sand was brown (the same color as the mountains all along I- 10), the water was cold and there were no shells.  I was so disappointed when I saw the "Pacific Ocean".  I wil...
