Salutations and Hellos! Little Princess here!

I have added the last album, until I can get more pictures taken.  This one was taken this month.  Not having a job sucks sometimes, sure hope freight picks up and folks start spending so I can get re-employed ^.^

Anyway, my mother stopped by from Florida, to see if I was alright, and she took a trip down memory lane.  Since we were so close to the Grand Canyon, and since one cannot Drive One's Truck to the canyon, we decided to take her car, and see one of the word's greatest wonders.

The Grand Canyon stretches from AZ all the way north into NV and UT.  The most famous part of this canyon stretch is the Southern Rim.  This is where we went.  The pictures were taken on a semi clear day, but the air quality was good enough to look across the entire 10 miles!  From a park volunteer, my mother got to see the parking lot of the hotel on the Utah side of the border which was 25m away!  The total distance down one side of the canyon and up the other side is 22m!  That means, the pictures taken of the bottom of the canyon, where you can see the river peeking through, were 12M down!  The open panaramic towards the last, covered nearly 50m of canyon!

The northern rim of the Grand Canyon is alot flatter, and is located in NV north of Las Vegas, along the highway running into Reno.  Another of my favorite drives, since I get to go through Donners Pass ^.^  South of SLC or Salt Lake City UT, going towards NV, is the Eastern Rim.  It too is rather flat, but if one heads due west out of SLC on the I80, the view along the Salt Flats, more than make up for the lack of lumps ^.^  That is another story, sadly, one without pictures.  I will post about it, if people want.

Well, just posting to let everyone know, the pictures are posted.  Hope to get more.

Keep your wheels moving! Stay Safe, Drive Careful, and most of all, enjoy the trip ^.^
